Join Bison as she learns all about hibernation on this fun activity trail around the reserve this winter!
Pick up your trail pack from the Visitor Centre and join Bison as she goes in search of her friends and learns all about hibernation.
Complete the questions and challenges and return to the Visitor Centre to collect your present at the end- you'll also find Bison there waiting to meet you, so don’t forget to take a festive family photo with her before you head home!
Trail available every day, from Saturday 28 November until Sunday 3 January. We recommend starting the trail by 2pm to give you plenty of time to complete the activities and return to the Visitor Centre before it closes at 3pm.
Please make sure everyone taking part is wearing suitable outdoor clothing and footwear as the trail will take you through the reserve and therefore include some uneven ground and muddy areas.

The trail route is through the reserve and will therefore include some uneven ground and paths which may be muddy in places. Please get in touch if you have any specific access requirements you would like to know about before visiting to take part in this activity.
