Learn more about the wildlife that visits your home.
About the event
Would you and your family like to learn more about wildlife that visits gardens?
At this workshop we will tell you about the wildlife you may find in gardens and how to support wildlife at home. We will start with a game of "garden bird bingo" along our beautiful nature trails. This will be followed by making hanging bird feeders and a footprint tunnel. Take your creations home and find out which wild animals come to visit!
Please note this workshop is not suitable for children under three years of age due to possible hazards from some of the materials being used. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, limited to one adult per booking. If you or children taking part have any allergies, please inform us when booking and we can advise you further on any risks.
The Visitor Centre and cafe will be open during this workshop, so you can treat yourself to a hot drink and local products.
