These programmes are designed for adults experiencing symptoms of perimenopause. You can find out more about symptoms here: Symptoms of menopause and perimenopause - NHS.  Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes or have been living with symptoms for some time. These sessions provide a safe, supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and explore ways to care for your wellbeing through nature.

Activities will include mindful birdwatching, nature-based crafts, journaling, sensory exploration of the natural world, poetry writing, group discussion, and reflection. Journaling will be gently guided, offering a space to process thoughts and emotions, notice patterns, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

Throughout the programme, we will draw on skills such as mindfulness, breathing techniques, and grounding exercises to help manage anxiety, ease rumination and negative thought patterns, and support emotional balance. Sessions will also invite reflection on the cycles of nature encouraging a deeper understanding of change, both in the natural world and within ourselves.

There will be opportunities to explore personal goals and build simple, supportive practices that you can continue beyond the programme.
