What is Nordic Walking?

Nordic walking is a low-impact, full-body activity that uses specially designed poles to enhance your walking technique. You will be taught how to use the poles correctly and safely, gradually building up distance and pace over the course of the programme. Nordic walking can help improve posture, mobility, and overall fitness.

Habitat Management

Habitat management sessions will involve hands-on conservation activities, such as clearing vegetation to support local wildlife. These sessions will take place during approximately three sessions across the 12-week programme.

The programme is completely free, with free on-site parking, and all equipment provided.
