Woolly sea creatures go on tour across Kent

Kent Wildlife Trust is sending more than 200 knitted and crocheted marine animals and plants on tour across the county. The undersea art display – entitled ‘Woolly Watery World’ – aims to spread an important message about protecting our oceans.

Project funding to transform nature reserve

Kent Wildlife Trust has received a grant for £34,744 from Biffa Award, a multi-million pound fund that helps to build communities and transform lives through awarding grants to communities and environmental projects across the UK.

Head of Wildlife Trust set to retire

The Chief Executive of Kent Wildlife Trust, John Bennett, has announced his retirement during the Trust’s 60th Anniversary year in July 2018, after 20 years of service.
