Join us at West Blean and Thorndon Woods for a free six-week Wilder Wellbeing Programme for Adults experiencing mental ill health, loneliness or social isolation, delivered in partnership with the NHS Recovery and Wellbeing College.

Programme dates

Wednesdays: 30th September-18th November,  except for 28th October and 4th November  

Time:  1.30-3.30. We ask you commit to as many sessions as possible 

Location: West Blean and Thornden Woods, CT6 7NZ

This programme is open to adults who have mild mental ill health and are wanting to improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing

Please enrol with the Recovery and Wellbeing College and they will contact you to discuss any support needs and sign you up to the programme.
