Join us at West Blean and Thorndon Woods for a free six-week Wilder Wellbeing Programme for Parents and Carers of SEND Children and Young People, delivered in partnership with the NHS Recovery and Wellbeing College.
Wednesdays: 30th Septemeber-18th November
Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm. We ask you commit to as many sessions as possible
Location: West Blean and Thornden Woods, CT6 7NZ
This programme is open to adults who care for SEND children and young people and are wanting to improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing
Please enrol with the Recover and Wellbeing College and they will contact you to discuss any support needs and sign you up to the programme.
