About the event

Winter Wellness: Walk and Craft at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve invites you to engage with the natural world in a mindful and creative way. Using simple tools, and nature as your inspiration, you'll feel the benefits of getting out into the great outdoors in the beautiful, wintery surroundings of Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve.

During the event you will have the opportunity to go for a gentle guided walk around the reserve and take part in some natural craft activities.

This event will be led by a member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team and may include crafts such as leaf bashing, dream catcher making and working with textures from rubbings - though this varies for each session.

All the materials and tools you'll need will be provided. Remember we'll be outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and wear comfortable footwear for walking.
