About the event

A pond is the jewel in the crown of any nature-friendly garden. During this interactive online workshop Judith Hathrill, a Wild about Gardens volunteer advisor at Kent Wildlife Trust with a specific interest in ponds, pond planting and pond life, will explain in simple steps how to construct, plant and maintain a pond to provide maximum benefit to wildlife and pleasure to the garden-owner, taking into account the safety of other garden users. In addition, she will explain the importance of providing water for wildlife.

This popular workshop will consist of a presentation by Zoom with plenty of time allowed for questions and discussion.

Suitable for all gardeners from beginners onwards.
