About the event

This is a rare opportunity to visit Ham Fen, a nature reserve that is usually closed to the public. Learn about the restoration of the fen and see for yourself the amazing work that is being carried out by our resident beaver colony.

The morning will consist of a walk around the reserve with one of our wardens, to learn about this unique habitat and to observe evidence of beaver activity.

Those attending this event will be shown signs of beaver activity but the animals themselves are not usually very active during the day. Beavers are mostly active at dusk and dawn.

This course is now fuly booked. You can add your name to the waiting list by clicking on the orange 'Join Waitlist' button in the booking window below.  Alternatively, we are running this event on 1 June and 6 July and still have places available on these days.
