As volunteer's for Kent Wildlife Trust, I am sure you are aware of the tremendous benefits nature has to offer for our wellbeing! Below are details of our most recent Wilder Wellbeing programmes running across the county, for which we invite you to join.
As part of Kent Wildlife Trust’s Green Social Prescribing offer, we are offering six week Wilder Wellbeing programmes, where we will use the Five Ways to Wellbeing and relaxation techniques to experience the benefits of nature. The sessions are ideal for anyone who may be experiencing a lowered wellbeing, or who would like to take part in something to help improve their wellbeing. Sessions are gentle-paced, and within a small group setting.
How: Sessions are free, but you must have completed a registration form prior to joining the programme, to secure your space. This is designed as a programme to attend in full, not drop-in sessions - this is so you can receive the full benefits to your wellbeing. Each individual is able to attend one programme.
Contact: To find out more and to register, please email [email protected] (please state which programme you would like to join), or visit: kwtg.uk/wilderwellbeing
