Why not take up this opportunity to encourage the family to do something fantastic for nature this summer holiday whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Pegwell Bay National Nature Reserve?

This National Marine Week we will be cleaning the Hoverport and Pegwell beach, to make safe this important site for roosting birds, which is accessed via a path by the Viking Ship and not via the KCC Country Park.

Families are welcome but children must be supervised at all times. Booking is required for the beach clean.
